Chris was amazing to work with and we highly recommend him. He not only understood our needs and wants but made sure we balanced those with making the right investment. We saw over 100 homes and he came with us to almost every single open house, even when we said he shouldn’t, just so he could advise us on the pros & cons. He is an excellent and effective communicator and his negotiation skills during the offer/counteroffer process and post-purchase inspections were instrumental in making us feel represented, heard and taken care of. He’s honest, humble and will not hold back on giving you his candid opinion when you need it or ask for it. Finally, his calming personality is everything you want in the craziness of the home buying process. We couldn’t recommend him enough!

I highly recommend Chris. He is truly a best in class real estate agent. Beyond having the skill set that you want in a great real estate agent (extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and expert negotiator), he showcased a unique talent to understand what we wanted and needed, and paved the way to getting there. We never felt rushed; in fact, Chris helped us develop the patience to find our dream home and handheld us throughout the process. After a year working with Chris, we made our first offer (which we closed thanks to him). The path to close wasn't easy: 3 rounds of negotiation, a more attractive all-cash backup offer from another buyer, and seller-related set backs. But Chris was there every step of the way, 24/7, guiding and giving us the peace of mind we needed to get through the process. As a result, we now live in our dream home.

Chris was amazing. In fact, my good friend, who's a realtor, was hurt I didn't use him -- but when I told him I was using Chris (who's at a different agency) instead, he said, "well, I have to admit, he's the best." And he was right: Chris is the best. It's currently a strange real estate time (March 2023) with interest rat4es going up and buyers going down -- but Chris was relentless in selling my house, and I'm very happy and beyond satisfied in the outcome. I had never met Chris before a friend recommended Chris -- and now I'd like to "pay it forward" and pass along the recommendation. Consider me a more-than satisfied customer!

Chris did an excellent work on search and identifying what we were looking for. He understood our needs and provided great advice throughout the home buying process. In our final negotiation to open the escrow, we both traveled abroad at different time zones, but he made himself available at the right moment to finalize the deal. We appreciated his sincere effort and always believed he was a partner in the process. After the transaction was completed, he was very helpful to identify general contractor and handy man who did remarkable job for our new house. He also followed up with the seller in identifying and fixing issues we found after the transaction. We highly recommend Chris as an agent in buying or selling homes.

Chris is fantastic. He is the only realtor we will work with and we highly recommend him. He knew exactly what we were looking for and reassured us that we would find our dream home, so we avoided settling or overpaying for something that wasn't quite right. We appreciated his candor, good judgment and partnership throughout the process. When we did find the right house, he found out exactly what was important to the seller so that we could make our offer attractive without entering a bidding war, and it worked! He advised us on which inspections to prioritize and made the paperwork easy...he was available any time for questions big or small. He also gave us great recommendations for contractors, handymen etc. to make the new house perfect and he continues to be helpful today. Highly recommend!

Christopher is a top-notch professional with an excellent demeanor for both client and seller. We were buying a vacation home just an hour away from us (and him), but Christopher was always ready to travel and show us any property we found. Once we began negotiations, he was perfectly calm and informed at all times. The sellers did not want to hassle with any shenanigans in the process, and we were selected as the purchaser specifically because of how well Chris presented himself and us. Once we were in escrow, Christopher was an immense help bringing in trusted inspectors and repair persons for every item we could think of. Chris has handled multiple transactions for us over the past 10 years (2 purchases and 3 sales) and five stars is not enough. To be a homeowner (as a single woman-of-color-immigrant-lady boss-first-timehome-buyer) has always been a vaguely ludicrous, perhaps even completely unattainable dream. But, in 2017, Chris Picket helped turn that dream is reality. I had been searching and putting in offers in the LA area for 1.5 years before I met Chris. I would also be making it to the top tier of the offers but was inevitably muscled out by cash buyers. I felt I had no business calling Chris has he handles multi-million-dollar properties and A-listers within the Hollywood community. Nevertheless, I called up Chris out of the blue and explained my situation. He said first-time homeowners were his favorite and that he wanted to help me find the right home. Chris is the type of business partner who listing agents really enjoy working with - he doesn't nag, he doesn't try to manipulate you and he's fair. He's calm, organized and doesn't lose his cool. So, he's great to work with no matter which side of the table you're sitting on. Fundamentally, he helped me structure a winning deal that the buyer couldn't say no to and he's known as a closer. He and his staff were prompt and attentive to all my questions - which really helped move things along. Chris also happens to be exceptionally talented and a kind Real Estate Agent, who provided a quality experience and a good humored one. I wasn't traumatized, rather when I closed, I felt empowered.
